Professional Experience
I have been providing superior Real Estate services to both buyers and sellers for over 18 years, and have assisted over 500 individuals and families with their moves. Additionally, I hold the CMAS (Cendant Mobility Affinity Specialist)certification, and am specially trained to assist Military Personnel and their families. I specialize in Residential Sales and New Construction, primarily in Douglas and Sarpy Counties.

Education/Designations
The more I know about my industry, the better I can serve you.  I have earned the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)and GRI (Graduate Realtors Instititute)designations, the signs of utmost professionalism. I have also earned the e-Pro designation.  An e-PRO is someone who has recognized and responded to the needs of the today's new consumer. I am also a member of the Master Sales Society, a select group of the top agents in the U.S. & Canada who continue to improve their ability to service their clients through the most extensive follow-on training program in North America.

In today's fast paced markets, technology brings many advantages to the Real Estate consumer and the Realtor. My clients appreciate my ability to readily communicate not only what is available in the market place but also to provide them with the most timely information - often giving them the edge in the opportunity to buy or sell.

Personal Experience
After a 23 year career in the Air Force, I chose to pursue my interest in real estate because it provides me with the perfect opportunity to continue to help people and still receive a sense of satisfaction. I strongly believe in the philosophy of "We Get By Giving."
